He then went the extra mile in explaining how the new equipment worked and ensuring everything was set for us. "Stuart did two separate jobs for us at a rental property. In one he fixed the plumbing for a dishwasher, installed a new dishwasher and removed the old machine. In the second, he unblocked the main kitchen waste pipe. Though neither job was perhaps very complex, the work was done well and the tenants were happy. There were problems with access at the property, with tenants who are rarely in and often don't reply to their emails/texts! Given this, we were very impressed with the way that Stuart always dealt so professionally and politely with me and with the tenants. He was very flexible with timing and managed to find slots to do both jobs quite quickly. His rates were reasonable and were not inflated to take account of the access issues. I'd definitely work with Stuart again!"
